Rotation & Extras

Power Berserker is a bursty Damage dealer almost entirely relying on its specialization ability to have powerful phases of Damage. Due to its inability to run Spear, it is currently out of the meta but remains playable if you want to use this specialization in unorganized squads.

changes how Burst skills work and you only need to refill one Adrenaline bar to use your Primal Burst. Their Cooldown remain very short, synchronizing well with the Cooldown of our Weapon Swap.

Primal Bursts will be our top priority to cast. Longbow gains access to , generating AoEs hitting up to a total of 15 players while inflicting Vulnerability and Burning. Greatsword gets , a massive single hit Damage at melee in a 360 Radius.

We will aim to gain Adrenaline as fast as possible and cycle through our weapon sets to use as many Primal Burst skills as possible. Therefore, it is mandatory to hit enemies with our skills and make profit of different effects such as , and to refill our Adrenaline bar at all time.

Thanks to our Berserker Trait Line, can be extended by hitting Primal Burst skills but also increases the Damage of our whole kit.

Precasting Buff

You can precast 25 seconds prior to engage. Always cast your signet skills off Cooldown out of combat in order to get five stacks of . You can also equip the other signets such as and to precast more stacks. You can gain up to 500 Ferocity for a minute before the fight even starts.

Getting In Combat

It is important to know that pressing out of combat will make you instantly drop from full Adrenaline and make you unable to get in . It is mandatory to get in combat before starting your Burst Rotation, either by hitting someone with your Longbow or by getting hit by an enemy.

We will aim to make last as long as possible for our main timings, thus trying to hit as many Primal Burst skills as possible within our Burst Rotation.

will ensure that we keep for as long as possible. In order to optimize its value, we will be using two Primal Bursts per Weapon Swap. One as your first skill and the other as your last skill before Weapon Swapping again.

The rest of our rotation will be filling gaps with Greatsword and Longbow skills while waiting for Primal Burst.

  • Longbow only has projectiles; for that reason we will synchronize with the massive Damage of . Use right at the end of cast as to not waste the Unblockable Effect on some of your other hits from .

  • Greatsword also quite lacks sustained Damage, but we will still try to find windows to land or Auto Attack Chain if we are allowed to. is our most reliable source of Damage to fill the gaps in our rotation in between Primal Burst skills.

Once your runs out, keep using the stronger weapon skills mentionned above and spend your Adrenaline on until comes back off Cooldown, then start again your Burst Rotation.

Burst Rotation

Your Burst Rotation, starting on Well of Corruption Spike should be as follows :

  1. Weapon Swap
  2. or Auto Attack Chain
  3. Weapon Swap
  4. Weapon Swap
  5. Auto Attack Chain
  6. Weapon Swap
  7. Keep repeating the rotation idea untill runs out.

This is an indicative rotation. You will probably have issues sometimes standing in melee to use your Greatsword due to enemies retaliating with their own Cooldowns. Your goal remains the same and hitting Primal Burst skills is your priority. Consider using the tools of your kit such as to make your time easier to land your combos.

In order to optimize your Burst Rotation no matter the situation, there are a few simple rules you can follow:

  • Never Weapon Swap if your Primal Burst skill is up.
  • If you just used a Primal Burst skill and your Weapon Swap is up, instantly Weapon Swap.
  • If your Weapon Swap is up but your Primal Burst skill is about to be up, delay your Weapon Swap right after using the Primal Burst skill.
  • is one of the best defensive Cooldown in the game. It Breaks Stun, grant critical hit immunity and constantly reapplies Stability to yourself for its entire duration. Use it carefully and do not hesitate playing safer while waiting for its Cooldown.

  • is an efficient gap closer which is also an Evade. We can use it to reposition ourselves out of the enemy squad Damage.
