Heal Alacrity Tempest is a solid support build that offers healing and boons.

The default build is able to provide permanent 25 Might, Alacrity, Fury, Regeneration, Protection, Swiftness and Vigor whilst also extending boons with and potentially providing Stability, Aegis and much more with the proper utilities.
