Alacrity Willbender is a very niche provider of Alacrity, mainly due to the fact that it provides almost no other boons, aside from permanent Regeneration and a low uptime of Fury. Alacrity Willbender is able to play either a Condition Damage or Power variant that means it can fit into many different comps flexibly despite not offering much apart from damage and the usual amount of utility that a Guardian can bring.
