Power Renegade is one of the more difficult Renegade builds as its rotation mainly relies on a priority list rather than fixed loop.
This build offers little in terms of group buffing but can offer of utility through Breakbar damage, Vulnerability and Alacrity.
Power Renegade is much more effective on larger hitboxes, in fact the larger the better.
