This build is best paired with an 
Alacrigade, as you will not be able to replace a Support Chronomancer 1:1. While you will lose a Support Chronomancer's normal utility, you gain unique 
Firebrand utility via your Tome skills which can greatly aid a squad in high pressure situations.
Power Quickness Firebrand works great at bosses that favour power DPS classes. This build might see some use at 
Slothasor, 
Keep Construct, 
Samarog and Conjured Amalgamate.
Use once at the start and then use it everytime you gain a charge.
Use twice at the start and then use it everytime you gain a charge.
Use off cooldown.
