Overview

Base Guardian is less beginner friendly when compared to Dragonhunter. This is because you are required to have Aegis in order to benefit from the 20% modifier .

When this class is played correctly, this class will give you higher DPS than Dragonhunter. This assumes, however, that you already know the encounters as it is much more likely that you will maintain your Aegis.

As with Dragonhunter, this class provides Vulnerability through in the Zeal trait line. The same can be said for CC through , this skill can offer a party wide DPS increase via the trait . This should only be taken when actively using for CC. You also provide party wide buffs through Aegis and Stability on demand.

Base Guardian has a simple rotation which can easily be picked up but due to the requirement of Aegis it should not be a beginner class.
