Overview

Condition Daredevil is a heavy condition DPS build focused on Bleeding, Poison and Torment. Its rotation involves really frequent "Whirl Combo Finishers" which can add Burning, Confusion and Poison.

Support wise it can do quite a lot with stolen skills. Detonate Plasma can give 11 boons to 10 people which makes it extremely strong for boon scaling classes. Unstable Artifact can teleport downed allies to your location which is very useful on bosses like Cairn where people can die far away.

Condition Daredevil has a relatively low learning curve due to the short and basic rotation. It must be acknowledged that Condition Daredevil only excels on certain encounters.
