Rotation Concept
- Use twice, then use to recall the Spinning Axes.
- Use at least four Initiative skills to generate 7 points of Malice, triggering to restore 7 points of Initiative.
- At 7 Malice, use or a Stolen Skill to gain Stealth. Use to consume all Malice and reset your loop.
- Generate new Stolen Skills when casting , or by using a Cantrip via .
Usage
Disable Auto Attack on ; this will allow you to smoothly queue .
The Spinning Axes from must stop flying before you use , or you won't actually recall them. Except where explicitly noted in the rotation, you need to very briefly pause between (this isn't a problem if you have another skill in between these two).

Use your Venoms off Cooldown when allies are near, after the start-of-fight boonstrip.
