Linking Discord & SC Accounts

If you're wanting to participate in our public LFG, you'll need to get yourself set up so that you can receive LI ranks on the public Help Desk discord. This article should help you gain access with the least amount of difficulty.

Connect your Snow Crows and Discord accounts

  1. Visit https://snowcrows.com/settings and head to Integrations.
  2. Review the Discord section to see if your account has been linked to Discord. If not click the button and follow the prompts to link your account.

Add your Guild Wars 2 API key

  1. Visit https://snowcrows.com/settings and head to Integrations.
  2. Review the GW2 Account section to see if you've added an API key. If you haven't, create a new key with the needed permissions and add it to your account.
  3. Wait for your KPI sync to complete and check that it's showing on your KP data on your profile.

Claim your Discord roles

  1. In the Snow Crows Help Desk discord, go to #bot-channel.
  2. Use /autorole claim to sync your roles.
