Celestial Alacrity Scourge is a more aggressive version of Heal Alacrity Scourge which sacrifices some healing for more damage output. It can provide full uptime on 25 Might, Alacrity, Regeneration, Swiftness and partial uptime on Fury and Protection.

This is a hybrid build meant to replace a heal slot, so adjust Celestial Alacrity Scourge to fit the group's needs. If this is replacing a dps boon support, following the Condition Alacrity Scourge build and swapping the stats to Celestial may be a better fit if your group requires the additional Barrier but already has another support covering the boons aside from Alacrity.

Equipment Notes

The sigils can be swapped to:

  • for additional Healing
  • for additional Boon Duration

Swap for for additional healing.

Swap Dagger to Scepter if you do not expect to be in melee distance.
Rotation & Extras

Similar to Condition Alacrity Scourge, the 2 and 3 weapon skills should be used twice between each Weapon Swap. All other skills can be used off Cooldown around these main weapon skills. Don't worry about using unless it's for Defiance Break.

Fill any remaining gaps with Auto Attacks and Dodge. Complete the Auto Attack Chain from Dagger when possible — is one of the main sources of Life Force.

All Shade Skills aside from can be used off Cooldown but should only be used when Life Force is in excess.

Boons

Use and off Cooldown to maintain Alacrity, Protection, Barrier, and .

Use , , and off Cooldown to maintain Might and Fury.

Use to maintain Swiftness.

Dodge and use to maintain Regeneration.
Healing

Using , , and regularly will provide each target affected with ~700 Barrier per second.

Using (via ) and (via ) while upkeeping Regeneration will provide each target affected with ~850 Healing per second.

Using Dagger skills will provide your subgroup with frequent small heals via .

Regeneration can be upkept by periodically using Dodge and using .
