Rotation & Extras

Unleashed Ambush skills are the primary source of boons via . This is how to use it:

  • Every nine seconds, you will gain the effect
  • While affected by , use to gain access to Ambush skills for four seconds
  • You also gain when you Weapon Swap which lets you Ambush a second time.

The basics of your rotation will look like this:

  1. Gain the buff
  2. Ambush
  3. Weapon Swap Ambush
  4. Repeat from step one

As long as the Unleashed Ambush Skill is not delayed, will be reapplied at the same time as Weapon Swap is off Cooldown.

The "charge" of will be used up by dismounting in combat or from combat-based transformations, such as being a Slubling during Slothasor. Be mindful of taking those mechanics on, and never start a fight mounted.

Wait for combat and boonstrip before generating any boons! This short sequence ramps up the most important boons quickly.

Priority Boons

Untamed's goal is to provide permanent Quickness and aid its group with a variety of boons and utility.

With the default setup you'll be able to provide permanent Quickness, 25 Stacks of Might, Fury, Regeneration, Swiftness and Protection.

In order to achieve this use the following skills off Cooldown:

  • Regeneration will be upheld by , , , and . can also help upkeep regeneration if placed on the group, although this is not always reliable when blocking projectiles.
  • Prioritize hitting to activate Force of Nature, as you provide twice the protection and can deal twice the amount of breakbar damage over using for the activation.

Try to complete the Auto Attack Chain on Mace, as only the final hit grants Vigor.

Healing

and are your main Healing sources. Since you should already be using them off Cooldown to maintain Quickness, Might and Protection, keeping your group topped up will be a given.

You can delay your Ambush skill Weapon Swap Ambush skill combo if you already created a buffer of the aforementioned boons and a strong attack will be coming soon. If there will be an incoming damage spike and your Ambush combo is not up, use and Blast Finishers.

  • Use Staff skills frequently to Heal allies. and can be cast on targeted allies as well as enemies.
  • Mace skills grant you stacks of Nature's Strength, which will result in a +15% healing increase to allies at 5 stacks for a short duration. will also heal allies in an area.

Making use of Blast Finishers inside Water Fields will increase your healing output tremendously.
