[RTI] Raid Training Initiative is an EU Guild Wars 2 raiding Discord community. We are a friendly, active community that has been around since February 2016 with thousands of members and an active raiding schedule.
We know that breaking the raid entry barrier without guidance is super hard and frustrating, especially if you don't have a guild or friends to help you out, but you don’t need to give up. What we can offer is a very relaxed community that champions respect, friendliness, and patience. Most of our raids are directly targeted at people who are new to the raiding scene, and you will be among both highly experienced players and raid newbies just like you.
No raiding experience is required to join our guild, and our only requirement is that you come prepared with at least one raid-ready character with a meta build/gear. We have many commanders and organise raids on a highly regular basis, at any time and any day of the week. All of our runs are organised on Discord, and you can apply to the guild by joining our Discord and following the very simple instructions.
