Condition Harbinger is a strong Condition Damage DPS class with a deceptively simple rotation.

This build's unique mechanic, Blight, reduces the player's health but increases outgoing damage and improves .

Condition Harbinger maintains 25 Vulnerability through , and features a very solid amount of personal boons.

This build can use the gearset of Condition Quickness Harbinger for less than 0.5% damage loss.
