Use as much as possible to maintain Swiftness without delaying .

Occasionally Dodge or use to upkeep Regeneration.

Healing & Barrier

Sustain

You'll naturally provide Barrier as you're spamming and , which reduces the damage your allies take significantly.

Additionally, Regeneration provided by Dodge, or will consistently Heal allies as well.
Burst

Use before a big attack to reduce the damage your party takes.

(which also triggers ) is your primary source of burst Healing. It has the neat side effect of stacking up a Regeneration buffer.

through is a slightly smaller burst Heal on a lower Cooldown. It accounts for ~35% of your total Healing so don't underestimate its Healing potential.

Both and can help Revive Downed players, but don't hold onto them for such purpose. Keeping people alive is always preferred over scraping them from the floor.

La reliquia que se recomienda, ya no funciona asi, mejor dicho, le quitaron que el exceso de curacion se conbierte en barrera
