The core rotation concept of Scrapper is very simple:

Use during to smoothly queue . While casting any Kit skills you can use Stow Kit to queue non-kit skills. Do not use Weapon Swap or you will interrupt your casts.
For now, use all skills except , , , or as Filler Skills, making sure to never delay your next .
To ratchet up the damage, allign your Filler Skills to maintain uptime on and .
gives 5% increased damage for each of the following boons you have: Stability, Swiftness and Superspeed. You can maintain permanent Superspeed uptime by spacing out the use of:

- can be used to fix Superspeed uptime or provide a buffer as needed.
Many of your skills trigger . Make sure to use at least one of the following during each Filler: , , , , or .
Between each , you have time for 8 actions. Every skill counts as 1 action, with a full Auto Attack chain counting as 3 actions. Remember to always finish Auto Attack chains.
Although these 8 actions can be fairly freeform, some skill Cooldowns line up very well and should be used in sequence:

The opener provides big burst damage and some extra Superspeed uptime:

Remember to use the opener at the start of combat and at the start of any phase.
Most of your CC is used as Filler-Skills so there is constant Breakbar Damage dealt. If some extra CC is needed can be used inside the Lightning Combo Field of , or for a 2x 1 second Daze on demand.
can be used to Block attacks and deal some Damage instead of Dodge to stay in place.
