Celestial Alacrity Tempest is a more aggressive variant of Heal Alacrity Tempest, sacrificing some redundant healing to boost its damage output. It provides permanent 25 Might, Fury, Alacrity, Regeneration, Protection, and Swiftness, while having access to strong passive and active Healing alongside flexible utility for handling mechanics.

As with any hybrid build, you should adjust Celestial Alacrity Tempest based on your group's needs and the encounter ahead.
