Skill Notes
  • If your companion support in your subgroup is providing at least 5 stacks of Might, you may swap for another utility skill of choice, or delay its usage for proactive Stability to deal with mechanics. It will be harder, but still possible, to maintain Regeneration and Fury this way. Some options include:

    • as a mobility utility for mechanics.
    • for a one-way, 10 player portal that grants Stealth to allies. The exit point is the preparation part of the cast, not the detonation!
    • for an additional Condition Removal source, as well as extra Resistance uptime.
    • for an additional Condition Removal source.
    • for an additional 300 Defiance Break that can be pre-cast.
    • for Projectile Destruction.
    • for more damage.
  • grants you and allies instant Stability.

  • Take instead of if there are no Defiance Bars. Precast them right before combat starts and resummon them off Cooldown.

  • is valuable for sub-group Healing and personal mobility, as well as extra Resistance uptime.

  • for an area Pull, as well as extra Resistance uptime.

  • is your strongest self-heal; it also provides substantial subgroup healing.

Rotation & Extras
Setup

While not necessary, it's suggested to set custom keybinds for Set Personal Target and Take Personal Target, and use them for an ally you know will remain close to the group (doing no fight mechanics). When using ally-targeted skills, such as , Scepter Auto Attacks, , and , you can use said keybind to quickly acquire a target for the beneficial area effects of those skills, without having to click on the squad UI or on an ally directly.

Grant Alacrity to allies around you by casting skills in Shadow Shroud.

Select a Shrouded Ally before the fight by casting on an ally. This ally will receive the beneficial effects of Shadow Shroud even while away from the group (up to 1200 Range). Otherwise, only cast on enemies.

Combining the concepts of Condition Alacrity Specter and Heal Alacrity Specter creates a rotation that has a good amount of damage and naturally-occurring sustain. Being familiar with either of these builds will make Celestial Alacrity Specter easier to learn!

While not necessary to execute the following rotation to the letter, doing so will maximize this build’s potential:

  1. (+ during this cast)
  2. x2
Shroud Loop
  1. x3
  2. x4
  3. x3
Scepter Loop
  1. x2
  2. Ally-Targeted

Cast , and off-Cooldown.

This rotation will provide significant sustain naturally via Healing from Shadow Shroud skills, Regeneration, Blast Finishers, and Barrier. Additional support can be found in the following skills:

  • is burst Healing on cast and a persistent healing field.
  • Changing the enemy-targeted in the loop into an ally-targeted one will Heal around you and your target.
  • Ally-targeted Scepter Auto Attacks apply Barrier to and around your target.
  • applies Barrier that scales per enemy hit at the end of the leap. Also applies Fear.
  • Cleanses two conditions around the targeted area with 360 Radius.
Rotation Notes
  • In general, try to fit 4 casts of and one cast of ally-targeted every time you are in your Scepter/Pistol set before to upkeep key boons.

  • can be interrupted early by inputting other actions, so let it finish casting first.

  • , , and can interrupt other skill casts.

  • If you are fast enough during the Scepter loop, you may have to wait for Initiative to be able to cast the in Step 6. Fill time with Auto Attack if this happens.

  • Cast after the boon strip at the start of combat, and never cast it without allies nearby (except when practicing).

  • Keep Auto Cast enabled on . This will copy Auto Cast to your Shroud.

  • You may delay very slightly if is about to come off Cooldown (less than 2 seconds away).
