  • Use Spear's to break your Pylon's defiance bar at the start of each phase.
  • Use and Rifle's long-ranged damage to keep yourself alive.
  • Use to catch the Orb launched by Qadim, then return to your pylon via .
  • At 40%/30%, if your pylon is destroyed, move to another pylon and keep using Rifle. You and the resident kiter will each apply a stack of Erratic Energy, increasing all damage deal to Qadim.
  • Below 20%, stack with the group and make regular use of Spear's to strip boons if necessary.

It is strongly advised that you disable Auto Cast on skill 1 for both weapons, by holding CTRL and Right Clicking the skills. If that setting remains enabled, then any skill can interrupt your Stealth Attack. If you want to queue into your next skill while the Stealth Attack is channeling, then Auto Cast must be disabled!

Help CC your Pylon:

  2. Either:
    • Wait for allies to apply Cripple/Chilled/Immobilize
    • Cast three times to trigger the Initiative refund from

You do not want to over-commit Initiative to breaking the bar if your allies will break it before you trigger . If necessary, tell them to pitch in only after you've removed half the Defiance Bar.

  1. ... Stolen Skill ...
  2. until the phase ends

Otherwise:

  1. and until comes off Cooldown
  2. Stolen Skill
  3. ... Stolen Skill ...
  4. until the phase ends

When Qadim the Peerless lifts you up into the air as a fireball, swap to your Spear or cast to hover at full speed.

20% Phase Spear Usage

Once all Pylons are destroyed, you become a regular DPS player stacking with the group. You can still provide some key utility using your Spear.

If Anomalies need killing, you can help break their Defiance Bar with . Continue your Spear combos against the Anomaly until it dies, if it's not standing in lava.

If you get the expanding-AoE lightning mechanic, use / to quickly take it away from group.

Qadim the Peerless will regularly gain boons during this phase, including Quickness and Resolution (the latter will debuff any Condition Damage builds in your squad). You can strip these boons using .

Spear skills 2 and 3 are each a sequence of 3 skills: Lead Attack Follow Up Finisher. Using a skill from either sequence will progress both sequences.

  • Main damage combo:
  • After your first combo, replace your next Lead Attack with . This grants a damage modifier you'll need to refresh every 10 seconds (roughly every four combos).
  • To boonstrip Qadim, end any combo with (even if you're still Revealed).
  • If grants you Stealth and you aren't full on Initiative via , cast . Otherwise, just do another combo.
  • Activate at the end of the phase.

You have a massive amount of Initiative to work with between , , and . Flow through your combos quickly until Qadim the Boonless is dead.

provides sufficient healing to keep you topped off throughout the fight. It also lets you be more flexible with your utility skill usage during inconsistent phase times and the chaotic 20% phase.

You can alternatively use and swap in the Critical Strikes Trait Line to . This provides a bit more healing and more damage (around 2%) when performing a good rotation, but you'll need to mind the Relic's uptime by keeping and spread out.
